Marketing performance depends on many external factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, market competition, and customer behavior.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access to any accounts or resources necessary for the successful delivery of services. Delays in communication or approvals may affect project timelines and campaign performance.
4. Payments
All invoices are due according to the payment terms outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of ongoing services until outstanding balances are cleared.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all strategies, reports, templates, designs, and marketing materials created by GrowthFuelGenie remain the intellectual property of GrowthFuelGenie until full payment has been received.
6. Limitation of Liability
GrowthFuelGenie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Shopify, WordPress, or other marketing tools. GrowthFuelGenie is not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, or account actions taken by these third-party providers.
8. Confidentiality
Both GrowthFuelGenie and the client agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice according to the agreed contract terms. Any outstanding invoices or completed work remain payable upon termination.
10. Force Majeure
GrowthFuelGenie shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where GrowthFuelGenie operates, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

Payment Authorization
By purchasing services from GrowthFuelGenie, you authorize us to charge the agreed payment method for the services outlined in your signed proposal or agreement.
Recurring services may be billed monthly according to the agreed billing cycle. Any changes to pricing or service scope will be communicated and agreed upon before billing.
